I had the chicken Caesar a couple days back and it was delicious. The cutlet was nice breaded chicken while the romaine lettuce made it fresh. The gentlemen who took my owner was a friendly ginger headed man who was polite. The 2 other men, a lanky man and a bald man were very chilled and nice when I talked to them while they made my hoagie. I would definitely go back to try their other sandwiches. When I say I am a die hard primos girl, I really am, I’ve been ordering for YEARS, coming from my family who previous owned there own location. They do not put enough meat on the sandwich & I like extra onions, when my husband came to pick up our food, the lady at the front desk suggested we buy our own onions to put on instead of asking for extra on the side…. What???? Very rude & should not be working the front desk if she doesn’t know how to speak to customers with respect.
Super rude woman working there. Sounds like she smokes 4 packs of cigarettes a day. Everything I asked for/ordered, she corrected. She couldn’t have made the experience any worse. I called back and cancelled the order. Will not be supporting this franchise.
Primo Media makes wonderful hoagies! I’ve been a regular customer for three years and have never been disappointed. Brandon is always a friendly face when I come in. Would completely recommend.
Cero aptitud la persona que me atendió, Quien estaba preparando el Sandwich no tenía guantes, Al Sándwich no le pusieron ni mayonesa siquiera. Al final de todo no me dieron servilletas así que no volvería a esta locación en lo absoluto
