I guess I should have trusted the other reviews and gone somewhere else. Our first time ordering here and we ordered 2 hoagies with unseeded rolls. The one came with seeds. When I called, I spoke with someone who asked my info and then put me on hold. Someone else picked up, and I explained again and they said that it was an online order with a seeded roll and that's it - end of story even though my husband insists that he ordered unseeded. I stopped in this store last Sunday for the first time. Hoagies were delicious, the lady who took my order was very nice and the store was very clean. We will definitely be back soon!

I used their online ordering system to order a turkey sandwich with a seedless bun. There is a bug in their online system that isn't passing the bread option on to the stores correctly. I received a sandwich with a seeded bun. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was met with hostility immediately off the bat. That's wild. I understand software bugs happen so to be told it was my mistake as I was the one who placed the online order was certainly a choice. This was also my first time trying this location.
