Fantastic sub. I mean really really great. The best bread ever and it's a huge sandwich! It's has high quality meat and toppings. It's pricey but Soo worth it! I wish there were more locations!

The area is lucky to have Primo as an option. It goes back to the bread. You have bad bread than you have a bad sandwich. Best hoagie in western NY and it’s not close. Friendly service and clean establishment.

We went on 8/14/25. I tried the Abruzzi. Roasted pork, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe. But I had them throw on the roasted red peppers, which normally come on the Nellie. This is usually served as a cold sub but I asked them if they would toast the entire thing. I couldn't wait to get home. When I unwrapped that bad boy, the 1st thing I noticed when I bit into it, was the warm, toasty crunch of that bread. Then I got the porky goodness of the meat. Superb hoagies with lots of meat and veggies on a surprisingly tasty sesame seed roll. Excellent balance of flavors. Good service, but a little slow. Could use more sitting space.
