Great service! The staff was always helpful and prompt when I was in need of assistance. They also have a secure facility that left me feeling safe leaving my belongings there.

I had a parking spot with them for about a year and canceled it..then a few months later I decided I needed the spot again so I came in and ask to reactivate my contract. Let me tell you.. We have been storing our RV for 2 years at Primo and found them to be a class operation. Very secure location, pleasant knowledgeable staff. No issues in 2 years. Good value.
