Just purchased a 2026 Apex Nano BH186 from Primo RV and had an excellent experience. The salesperson, Michel, was attentive, honest, and recommended options based on our needs rather than pushing more expensive models. He offered clear explanations about the trailer’s 400Ah solar setup and gave fair options without upselling. The walkthrough was detailed, the starter kit generous, and the overall service far exceeded experiences at other Ottawa-area dealerships. We highly recommend Primo RV.
Thanks to Gavin and one of the component suppliers to the OEM, Forest River, we have had our oven door replaced even though the RV was a week past its one-year manufacturer's warranty. Really impressed! We love Primo RV!
