We bought a used trailer from here about a month ago, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Michel was incredibly knowledgeable, quick to help, supportive, and never pushy. The walkthrough was thorough and informative. Since then, every interaction with the service and parts team, especially Jamie and the crew, has been top notch. No one asked me to leave a review, but the experience was so genuinely positive that I felt compelled to share. Highly recommend.
Big thanks to Dave and the team at Primo RV Sales for making this purchase a great experience. We absolutely love our new trailer. Lots of windows and the light bright interior are absolutely awesome. My husband our cat and I are looking forward to spending lots of time camping. We had an amazing experience at Primo RV! David from sales listened to our needs and made the whole process easy, including picking up our old trailer and getting us into a new one with white glove service. Steve in finance was super accommodating and made everything smooth and stress-free. James did our final walk-through and was fantastic—so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Highly recommend Primo RV. From the first contact with sales (Michel) through to the orientation, pickup of the new trailer and to fix some after sales issues with the service department. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff answered the many questions I had. Special shout out to the service folks and particularly to one of their techs Eddy for going above and beyond to troubleshoot and ultimately fix a connection / wiring issue that turned out to be a faulty 7-pin connector on my truck.
