We bought our first camper here just last fall and its been an amazing experience. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and made the purchase an effortless affair with absolutely no pressure. We took our trailer out on its maiden voyage just this past weekend and found an issue with the battery. At end of day on Friday of a long weekend, we were greeted with smiles immediate diagnosis of an electrical problem on our Bigfoot travel trailer , quick problem resolution, straightforward , simple and clear explanation of operationsl questions with no judgement. We bought a used trailer from here about a month ago, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Michel was incredibly knowledgeable, quick to help, supportive, and never pushy. The walkthrough was thorough and informative. Since then, every interaction with the service and parts team, especially Jamie and the crew, has been top notch.
