Outstanding service in replacing an air conditioning shroud that blew off on the highway
We just bought our camping trailer from them and the experience was awesome. We picked it up yesterday and they went over everything about the trailer. James was very thorough about everything and with this we were able to leave in confidence. Thanks everyone

Bought our trailer from Primo ten years ago, have been getting it serviced there ever since (regular service and the occasional warranty issue). The service department has been amazing to work with and couldn't recommend any more highly. Picked up our trailer today and they went above and beyond getting it ready for the year. Thanks Jaimie and Gavin!
We brought our trailer in to be winterized & the service manager Gavin recommended other work. Now we have a freshly caulked trailer with new brakes & bearings. This will hopefully prevent a future breakdown. We're glad we discovered this RV dealership & highly recommend.
