I enjoyed working with Jim at Primo Pools. From our first meeting about my pool refresh he was helpful (an saved me money), had his samples ready, and discussed possibilities with us. He submitted his his bid and he got the job over 2 others I had gotten. He gave us a time frame of start and then the freeze came. He kept in touch with us the whole time. When we decided on the start date his crew was here. They finished quicker than estimated. He made sure we were satisfied with the work. I recommend him.
