I have Primo Pool Care maintaining my pool. I recently bought my home and within a few weeks, it started turning green. It was quite disgusting. They came over, talked me through general pool maintenance, made great recommendations and most importantly, they got my pool crystal clear within just a few days. I was extremely satisfied with their timeliness, prices, professionalism and quality of work. I will continue to use their services and do recommend them to anybody that needs their pools serviced.
They came recommended to me. I left a message and received a text right away that they were helping other customers and would get back to me shortly. Never did hear from them. The next day I received a text asking which zip code I was in and I responded back immediately. I never did hear back from them after that. Very unprofessional!!!!
I have used Primo Pool Care for the last few years. In the beginning John the owner was very responsive to the needs of my pool and I had been satisfied with his company’s work. Last year I definitely noticed a decline in his company’s performance. He started off by raising his prices on the services he offered (not the chemicals he used which would be understandable) during the start of the pandemic when people were already struggling.
