This tiny family owned Italian restaurant has some terrific food. Their thin crust pizza is outstanding and not to be missed. And believe it or not, they also have exceptional BBQ ribs.
Excellent pizza both the stuffed and thin crust. Also enjoy the many varietys of gourmet pizza. I never heard of an alfredo pizza, gyros pizza or bruschetta pizza before trying Primo but all are excellent and those are only the beginning. Apparently the owner has a sense of humor as a few of the other pizzas featured include the heartburn special (with fresh garlic & giardiniera peppers) and the bad breath pizza! Fun place with great food. Dine in if you can as the pizza is outstanding right out of the oven.

The thin crust pizza at Primo Pizza in Barrington is the best I've had in the Chicago area. Light and crispy with delicious fresh vegetables and homemade Italian sausage make this terrific pizza the best around.
The Chicago Trbune said Primo has Superior Thin Crust Pie. They were Right On The Mark! Excellent Pizza. – My wife saw an article in the chicago tribune about Primo Pizza. We had lived in Barrington for years but never heard of it but decided to give it a try. The pizza was outstanding.
