Great customer service! I am a VERY particular customer with my paint & body work and they held their work to the highest standards and made sure I was totally satisfied. Carlos and Oliver were amazing and took full ownership over the work and it looks better than brand new!
I asked the employee to make a quote on my car, price was little more than I expected! But the employee was very nice with me!
I recently had my car repaired and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Carlos was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the entire repair process. He provided an estimate upfront and stuck to it - no surprise charges or hidden fees. They completed the repairs faster than promised. Carlos and his team were OUTSTANDING ! We had a fender bender with our Tesla and Carlos was straightforward with the work, the parts, the timing and if he couldn’t come through for us he would let us know . Carlos mentioned we should be prepared to look else where in case he couldn’t get the part as the car is a 2025 and parts are hard to find.
