Been coming to this clinic for around a year now and I am very happy with the doctor I see. They actually take the time to listen to you to try get the the bottom of any and every problem you may have. Highly recommend this clinic
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the Dr Ingo took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing through. I had some questions afterwards, which was explained throughly by the head of the clinic. I also didnt wait too long to see the doctor either. I’d definitely recommend Primo Clinic to anyone looking for a regular doc.
1 star reviews are surprising here. Some people need to lighten up, as the staff actually have personality and that's fine. I'm a first time patient at this medical center and had an excellent experience with every staff member and the doctor. I'm happy to have found a caring local doctor, having just moved into the area
Needed to find GP as couldn’t get into my regular. Practise Manager was so rude and made me feel stupid - terrible attitude to face when feeling so vulnerable. Stay away from here.
I will never set foot in this establishment again. Unfortunately, this morning I experienced an unacceptable situation at the front desk with the “manager” of the establishment (an older woman wearing glasses). After paying for my consultation, I simply asked the young receptionist — who was polite and professional — to print a reimbursement form for my insurance.
