Brad and his team stayed on schedule through out the project: - new roofing, soffit, facia and gutters. A project that size can come with unplanned cost but not this one. Brad was on top of the SOW and the crew. Thanks, Brad, great job!

We did a full ceiling-to-floor, wall-to-wall condo renovation, and Brad and his team at Primo / J.W. Skutnik were outstanding. Of the three contractors we contacted, Brad was the only one who showed up on time and delivered a detailed proposal when promised. He guided us through every step, helped with design decisions, and made the process smooth and efficient. The project was completed on time, despite the added complexity of working in a condo. After starting with a shed (not just any shed) and expanded driveway, we moved onto a complete kitchen, powder room, and 1st floor lighting remodel....and then onto the primary and secondary bathrooms and finally a total basement refresh. Very attentive to the details including scheduling. Highly....highly recommended!
