They don't answer calls or messages waiting for a response since February and I still haven't received anything.
They never answered the phones or email. They took my money but they never filed my tax return and now I’m in trouble because Damian didn’t do his job. Please do not go here, I been trying to reach now for months. No call back??! The irs said they have NO record of my 2023 tax returns. This place is a joke.
Never submitted my 2023 taxes and i paid and called to check but they never answered back and i called mon - fri from 9am to 3pm . My tax advisor even said they didnt respond to his email. This is the worst place. The irs told me theres no records of my income tax but i have the stupid folder Damian gave me, which is basiccally shiiiiittt because that means nothing if he didnt filed or send my tax return to the irs .
