PRO: Tax prep is great, easy process (provided that you have everything ready). Answer every questions you have. CON: Calling in to set up appointment (always full, unbale to leave message), hard to get thru (person to pick up/answer). They accept only cash (No CC accepted). Small area, limited seating, they only accept appointments (which why its hard to get someone on a call to set up annappointment), no walk-in.
Damian is simply the best excellent customer service and always very attentive to his customers
