I am giving one star in order to make this post. BUYER BE AWARE this company took my money six months ago and I have nothing to show for it. Apparently my only recourse at this point is to pursue charges of fraud and deceptive trade practices against the company and anyone else involved. I have know idea what is going on at this point but the negative stories recently posted reflect my experience as well.
This company has the worst customer service. Every time I call they give me the run around. I am disabled and have been trying to get my tax refund for disability since June 2018. They also delivered my hot tub with the wrong lid. They finally said it would be delivered March 26th. They never showed up. Now I am seeing this company is closed. These people are crooks. Being disabled and going through treatment, I really needed that refund.
Ordered our spa and paid in full last October 2018. Delay after delay. We finally contacted the manufacturer Master Spas and we got the full story on Vince. Master Spa took it upon themselves to deliver our new spa and made good on the contract and delivered it. I advise all of you to get in touch with them to resolve your issues.
one star just so I can leave a review They're out of business because they have a history of cheating people out of their money, check the BBB review, a big fat F. I put a 3k deposit on a floor model at the berry center last July, paid for it in full 5740 additional for a discount in August. In February on 19, still no spa, had to pay an entry fee to the berry center home show just to get to talk to someone from Primo because no one was returning my calls.
