seems like i'm bothering them when i call in.. don't really like the service here.
Don't get me wrong, the food is good. But now they want to charge me a 4 dollar delivery charge when my home is only 2.2 miles away. (I google mapped it) Used to be 1-2 dollars. Its a nickel and dime. When I called to explain how close i was to the store and how absurd the charge was, and how I order their food every week, the manager on duty was very short with me, almost bitter, explaining it is what it is. Slowest service ever. The ordering process took 8 minutes for three subs. Three girls behind the counter. Two are standing here distracting the only one actually working.
