In my case, I was also grossly overcharged for work they did not even do. I requested descaling & REFURBISH of my Rancilio Silvia & was charged $185.00 but machine was returned with a screw missing & dirtier - old coffee grinds under lid, water tank, which was very clean prior, was now grimy - I couldn't believe it.
