A very pleasant experience despite the current Covid rules. Always friendly but professional. All the staff are excellent from the receptionists to the dental nurses, Clare (hygienist) and Graham Magee and Christine Bannister. Would recommend this dental practice- I’ve been with them since they opened and with Dr Magee at his previous practice for several years before that. The Primo team have been excellent from start to finish. I have a complex dental history and went for All-on-6, and yesterday I had my surgery. Although daunting, the team lead by Uday and Hayley were brilliant. The process has been well explained and I can't fault a thing. My temp teeth look perfect and i can't wait to go back for my final set. Special mention to a very talented Colin who designed my smile, but to Graham, Uday, Hayley, Chelsea and the team - thank you!
very nice service but I am very dissatisfied with the upper denture after making the denture the upper denture was pushed out by 1.2 cm I did not have a bite I asked for improvement I was offered to make a new one 29/07/2024 I picked up the new one it is not fitted so that it falls very big it does not hold at all the gums with the denture are very large and with the lower denture the wire broke after 2 months
I can't recommend Dr Hird enough. Nichola always goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Her expertise and attention to detail are truly exceptional. She is incredibly responsive, always replying swiftly to any questions or concerns I have, which is very reassuring. Excellent service from start to finish. Every stage was methodically done and all the staff helped every stage of my journey. Nothing was too much trouble and if I had any questions staff where only a phone call away, my new teeth are amazing. I would like to thank all the staff for such a brilliant service and couldn't recommend Primo Dental enough, they are most definitely the place to go for all dental needs. 5 star 🌟
