Horrible. Me and my mom didn’t even get in the store. We go to walk in and tell us we can’t have a drink while being in the shop which is fine we understand we said “okay I can throw it away” we go to walk in and she says no you have to wait in the line . The sign said you only have to wait if you’re trying on a dress. We just wanted to look not try on. It did not say we had to wait to look around overall the lady was nasty towards us. Pretty dresses but rude and unhelpful workers.
I was a little skeptical with reading some of the negative reviews but we had a GREAT experience. Our stylist wasn’t pushy or Judgmental at all. We didn’t feel rushed and even with my daughter’s picky taste our stylist was so helpful and patient with us. We will definitely be back!
Our first time here and what an AMAZING experience!! Exceptional customer service and gorgeous dresses! I never leave reviews on places but I wanted to let the wonderful and professional ladies working to know that they are doing awesome! Also my daughter found a beautiful dress to take home so it was a win-win! Thank you all!

Just purchased our 3rd dress from Primo Ballo and, per usual, had the BEST experience. The staff is so helpful, there are so many styles and options to chose from, the prices are excellent and my daughter couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!
