Terrible experience as well as extremely expensive..we walked in and signed in. My daughter looked at the dresses and had started to explain it’s been a process and a frustrating one and she found two. The girl cut her off looked at me and said dresses always look different than on hangers (with attitude). Anyways the girl pulled the two my daughter wanted to try , we get to the fitting room the girl tells my daughter get dressed come out here and I will help you zip and tie it. They were not helpful at all. This was not a good experience. The sales girls were joking around and talking to each other and not helping us at all. There was literally no one else in the store when we first got there I had to ask them to help me hang the dresses back up. I’m not sure if I just hit the store at the wrong day because the other reviews said people were helpful but I did not find the girls helpful.
Lots of options. The girls who worked there were very helpful but not pushy at all like some other places I've been. Wish we found this store before my daughter's last prom!
Best place to buy formal ware in Frederick. My girls have purchased multiple dresses and love the personalized service and customer care. Highly recommend Lisa and her team!
Words cannot express how much we love this store and the owner. As a single mom, I walked in with my child looking for a dress, feeling nervous about whether I could afford anything beautiful. My heart sank a little, worrying about the cost.
