Very kind and helpful owner and staff. She made our experience enjoyable and never rushed us, even on a busy day.
Kensington was so sweet and patient with my daughter. We tried on a bunch of dresses and my daughter found the perfect one. Her and the owner also gave us suggestions on jewelry and shoes. Thank you!!
I worked with Lisa the owner and she was a complete saint! She was helpful, considerate, and patient (I’m very picky). She asked questions to understand my needs and had so many dresses, so many different styles, to choose from. I had been to 7 different dress store, including in Tyson’s corner, and Primo Ballo had the best selection out of all of them! Strong suggest checking them out!
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Your staff is judge mental and rude. I’ve never shopped in a store where you can’t touch the clothing.
