Stay away!! We were told we had to use this appliance company by our extended warranty company. He came out twice to fix the appliance and eventually told us the appliance was not fixable. He failed to communicate this to the extended warranty company. This is over 2 weeks ago. He is unreachable by phone by us or the company. Stay away!!! Not reliable!
