Delicious food. They live up to their farm to table goals with some of the freshest fruits and vegetables I've had at a restaurant. Farmhouse setting is fun. Service gets a lost star. They were nice and helpful but sometimes painfully slow with large gaps in attendance.
Despite all the glowing reviews, we did not have the best dining experience at Primo. Upon arrival, finding a parking spot was a challenge, as the restaurant was extremely busy even on a weekday night. We were seated on the second level in an area near the bar, where the lighting was so dim that it was difficult to see what we were eating. Great food. Great wine list. Service a bit slow. Music too loud. Should install sound baffling on the hard surfaces and hire more support staff.
Amazing food. I had the fried chicken liver, fresh killed that morning on their farm, for an appetizer, Tuna for the main course and choclate bread pudding with restaurant made vanilla ice cream with peanut brittle. All were excellent except the chicken liver that was out of this world good. Only downside is the service could be better. The issue is not the wait staff, but not enough of them. Make reservations well in advance.
