The Chef at Primo within JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes creates her own version of Italian contemporary cuisine. Imaginatively cooked, many recipes are new takes of old ones, sensible, good looking, great to eat, tasty and fulfilling. The ingredients are fresh and organic, plucked daily from the on-site garden. Fresh ingredients tend to give the food a very different flavor indeed. A good place for candlelight occasions because the chandeliers create a very sexy and sultry atmosphere.

Not a good experience – I am not sure why our experience was so different than the other reviewers, but this is one of the worst fine dining meals I have had in years. Our waiter was aloof and took forever to greet us. She rarely checked back with us and after we complained to a manager, she was downright nasty to us. Great Food & Service, Quite Noisy – The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The only draw back was that we found the restaurant to be very noisy. There was a large party in the bar area that was quite loud and the background music was turned up to try and cover their noise. fantastic !!!! – Primo was an amazing dining experience from beginning to end. The service was perfect and the food divine! The wait staff was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful not only did they make us feel like kings but they all looked like models. the Maitre'D was very helpful with our special evening. the J.W. Wow ~ – We are food snobs and were very surprised and impressed by Primo. Everything is just excellent!
