I’ve been 3 times and I always make an appointment, yet I wait almost a half hour to be called. This last time, I made room for 3 hours before my hair appointment, to get my nails done. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for the first time slot (right when they open). I was going on a trip in a few days so I this was the only day I had to get things done. They knew I went in for mani+pedi and towards the middle of my service she said she couldn’t do my mani only pedi. She supposedly couldn’t cause she had an appointment but she should’ve told me in the beginning I feel like they have preference.
The service is great, the place is immaculate. The ladies cannot do enough to make you comfortable. Would recommend this spa to anyone.
DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!! my nails fell off after a week and a half and they refused to do anything about it while the manager just yells on the phone and hangs up. terrible service, unclean, and i am reporting multiple healthcode violations. do not waste your money here
