WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! My wife and I took our RV here prior to our service warranty expiring. Ray assured us that he would get the inspection and findings done that same afternoon, two weeks prior to the service warranty expiration date. That was on a Monday in the beginning of February. After not being able to get ahold of the guy for a month, he called us and said he was ordering parts to complete the repairs.
