They did not send my daughter's test result to doctor for 3 weeks now. I called multiple times and every time they said they will fax it. Poor service! Stay away from this lab.
Primex Lab is great, you don’t need an appointment, and there’s rarely a wait. I’m usually in and out in about 10 minutes. Such a better experience compared to Quest and Labcorp, where appointments can be booked out for weeks or even months.
Been going here for years. Quick, easy, and skill draws!! Best place by far!
I hope there is minus point for the review. Old lady who withdraw my wife's blood was very rude, and unprofessional. She does not even wear gloves which makes my wife disgusting (she is health care worker, so she knows what is proper protocol is) and all the accessories were very dirty (you can see lots of stains). Do not ever go there
