Amy was super friendly and got us in right away despite being walk-ins. She took great care of me and my mom. We are both pretty difficult to draw blood since our veins are so small. So I was a little concerned on our first visit to Primex. But Amy was able to successfully draw blood from us. And my mom even said it was painless. So kudos to Amy! I also appreciate that they validate parking in this location. I’ve been to Quest in the same building and they don’t validate. So going to Primex saved a few dollars.
Google says your labs are open today and so far 3 are closed. Not cool!
My favorite place! Never have to wait more than 3 minutes. Amy is so friendly and awesome!
For the Pasadena location Very poor and lax staff. They almost hide from the people coming in for care. They are dismissive, unfriendly- almost like you are an interruption of their work instead of the reason they have work. Cold - distant distracted and rude
