The man was great. He was able to quickly and professionally finished the water heater repair. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explained everything he was doing. Happy to continue to do business with him.
The tech did a good job in toilet repair, was professional, courteous, punctual and proactively called the day of to advise exact time of arrival. He took time to explain what was needed and cleaned up during and after the job, put everything back where it was before he started.
The problem was solved in less than an hour thanks to the tech's quick work, efficiency, friendliness, and willingness to answer any questions. Definitely going to use this business for my future plumbing leak repairs.
