This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't send statements, (they say they have sent them but that they can't help that mail may get misplaced), they don't acknowledge receipt of payment. I did not choose this company, I was sold out to them due to a merger but I would not recommend them! The ladies that answer the phone I very nice but they are nervous and you can tell that they know they are fixing to get yelled out because you are unhappy!
