Great service they took awesome care of my family and our old grandfather clock. Everything was amazing. We used there month of free service which was great so we were able to get to Florida without rushing.
Moving into a different state it’s not easy that you can do every day. You need to take everything from your old house unless you’re not a billionaire. I hired PrimeWay Movers for my move and they gave me a perfect estimate. During the phone conversation their sales representative told me about the planning of relocation. They were punctual, quick and they worked using their heads. Nothing was damaged during the moving. They were great.
Great move, I ahd a 400lb gun safe that i wasnt sure how they would move this but the guy came in with this nifty tool thing and it did all the work for them it looked as if it weighed 20lbs. I am very happy with the service,
OK im not a big fan of writing reviews on anything, but for this moving company i would do anything to show what they deserve, first lets start with my phone calls to their main office , when i spoke to the lovely lady in the office named Grace she explained everything to me from point A to point B on how the move will be on the day of pick up, we set up a date and time for the move, and when the movers showed up, they called me 30 min before arriving to make sure im there, when they showed up they took their time going over... read more

They did good. I have been researching companies for about a month now and they are all pretty much up and down so I just went based on location, price and customer service and they hit all of those. Im very happy with there service as well.
Had some issues with our last move a few years ago, so was hesitant to hire another company, especially since we have 2 small children at home. After trying to do this on my own, getting overwhelmed with packing and having our kids running around, I told my husband to just pick one and we'd handle whatever happened after. He ended up calling 7 companies, but chose this one because they seemed the most honest. It was time for a change for these folks, so we wanted to move to Georgia to be closer to the kids. I put our information into one site, got bombarded with phone calls and emails, but only one stuck out. I think I originally chose Primeway because the sales representative was so sweet to this old fart, and she had the same name as my daughter. Seemed like a good sign. My move to Georgia was easy. I hired Prime through another company and was happy with the outcome of this move. The movers arrived on time to load my belongings, they were working very hard and wrapped all my large furniture in moving pads. After they were done, the packaging looked professional, defiantly not something that I could do myself.
