I recently visited the medical center branch and met Tekeyah M, a financial service representative. She was very helpful and thorough with her work . She made sure that the count was right . She labeled clearly each envelope . She’s an asset to your organization. It’s hard to find good , hardworking employees nowadays .

I regret coming to Primeway. For any modern loan, you can make payments online - Primeway's website is archaic, and I haven't been able to pay online. The person I've spoken to over the phone, who's supposed to be my rep, said she's unable to set up autopay. I've had to take cash into the branch to make payments. The people in the branch aren't able to set up autopay either. I wasn't able to make it to the branch recently and now I have a late payment reported to my credit report - after having a perfect payment history for ... read more
