Miriam Serrano was AMAZING in every since of the word, when she realized that I may have not been given enough information she personally called me and it was found that I had other options to help my son getv his own bank account setup. I just purchased a car through Carvana (nightmare smh) and was paired with Sara Vega. From a customer service standpoint it was a terrible experience and I sincerely hope I never have to interact with her again in any capacity. Been a Primeway member for almost 10yrs. And it’s true what they say, having a credit union is better than a traditional bank. Especially once you’ve built a relationship with them. I’ve had nothing but great interactions and support the entire time! Through all of my financial hurdles I’ve been able to get some assistance.
