I regret coming to Primeway. For any modern loan, you can make payments online - Primeway's website is archaic, and I haven't been able to pay online. The person I've spoken to over the phone, who's supposed to be my rep, said she's unable to set up autopay. I've had to take cash into the branch to make payments. The people in the branch aren't able to set up autopay either.
