I don’t know what is going on WITH PRIMEWAY Bank but I can’t get a representative on line to help me with my on line banking please help me
primeway is if you cant get an account any where else. they randomly will close for a week and tell you to travel 30 mins to the next location cant get money out the atm either
I had a very frustrating experience at Primeway Credit Union this morning around 10:10 AM. I was assisted by a Hispanic staff member named Gina, who displayed an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional attitude. I changed my account, and because the payment wasn’t direct deposited in time to my new account, it was sent out in the form of a check.
