Set up with Debbie and Tony was seamless, as most people typically walk in with all or some of their substantiating documentation in tact. Whatever I did not have, Debbie and Tony ensured I was positioned well by the next visit to the branch and made the process practical and customer-centric upon my arrival. Debbie even finished her coffee early to see me in advance of my scheduled appointment! Kudos!
