This company is a nightmare i talked to the owner and he threatened me that if i cancel because the service was terrible and the installation was so unprofessional and rude he would charge my credit card and take me to court for everything i had. the picture is terrible and they lied about the bill alan kilian is a liar and a crook. he also cussed me out. i am currantly consider sueing him for miss representation. please choose anyone else to get your service from.
This company is one of the worst companies to deal with! they lie about prices, and the contracts. the installer's are very unprofessiional. and the owner lies to the customers. i would suggest calling dish network and order direct at 800-443-3474

These folks did such a great job with all four of our tv sets they should get a 5 star rating by far.Very professional and they took there time in the instruction of the system.GREAT WORK
