Website is closed. Phone keeps ringing and there is nobody answering it. Voicemail also closed down. What happen to the doctor's office? They scheduled me for an appointment and I am an existing patient. However, there was no alerts or notices sent out for any huge changes. The doctor here was my primary care giver. This is absurd and highly unprofessional. Also, do I have to now get a brand new primary care physician?
UPDATE: They fully closed down without alerting their patients, leaving me in a dangerous and uncomfortable position. This is beyond unprofessional, it is negligent. Scheduled me on a day they were closed two weeks ago. Today I called 12 times, no answer and no voicemail message and no way to leave a voice mail. Their website is down. Did they close down and not notify their patients???
I have called and left message Monday for a call back needed to schedule husband's apt mine is today and all week now phones email full I'm not waisting gass go for my 9 am appt and they closed down I'll be mad as hell
Love this practice :) if you need someone to care for you ,you need to see Karah Strouse:) she's probably the first NP I've had that I've actually meshed with and she genuinely cares and wants to help her patients get and stay healthy :)
The staff is absolutely AMAZING!! I am so thankful that they are so close to my home. They are great at scheduling right away appointments if needed. Very initiative to the patients needs and have many years of experience. I would not go to anyone else after the thoughtful caring treatment I have received from this clinic.
