This company, in my opinion is without a doubt the best pool resurfacing company I have ever worked with. Coming from the multi family industry, we have resurfaced quite a few pool’s . Primetime has done a lot of our work, hence why I recommended them to our HOA! They come do the job and leave the area spotless. Pressure washed the pool deck as well as our parking lot! I HIGHLY recommend Primetime Pools to any and everyone!!!
Able was able to diagnose and repair the issues with my Jandy controls. I will be using him for any future problems I may have.
The best in town !! Able & this crew did an amazing job. They finished as planed. We did a whole 360 remodel on our pool and they nailed it . 100% recommended!! We will be definitely calling for future projects.
Very unprofessional. The project was complete, but with many challenges. Took 34 days vs planned 8-10 days, team don't show up for many days without any notification and don't respond. They took the final payment, and left my place with mess, dust and dirt all over, left things that was supposed to be disposed, cables laying around and not tied, electric lines exposed and not covered, broke lights in my backyard. I hate to post this bc I liked Abel at Primetime Pools before and during the project (replacing a broken spillover shelf on our spa). He was very responsive, and I was happy with the work. The review is negative because of the issues after the project. His guys left what looked like stone silt at the bottom of the pool (directly under the spillover) and in the spa (directly before the spillover).
