What a lovely space with awesome bikes and equipment. Meredith fosters an environment where every single person walking through the door gets the workout they need. And the PrimeTime Fitness crew is extremely welcoming and supportive of each other. I highly recommend this gym for beginners and seasoned exercisers. You will get exactly what you need!
If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to get fit I highly recommend trying out Meredith Nelson’s awesome gym prime time fitness. Meredith is a super instructor who can teach to any level and always inspires you to do more. Her classes are never boring and she fosters a camaraderie among the participants that makes you want to keep coming back.
PrimeTime Fitness in Beaufort SC is great. So very clean and the best little gym. Leigh-Anne is such a good trainer. She always has our work out planned.
Meredith is the finest fitness instructor you will find. Fitness has been her profession her entire adult life. She has owned and operated several gyms over the years and I have had the good fortune to know and work out with her during many of those years. I have taken almost all her offerings---spin, total body conditioning, stretch and TRX. You would be hard pressed to top her in the fitness world. Her new gym in Port Royal is her latest and what I am sure will be another successful adventure!
Fantastic space in Port Royal! Clean and roomy! Leigh Anne’s workout class is fun and challenging, and she is awesome to work with!
