I ordered food and Recieved it ice cold like out of a fridge cold on May 5, 2026! As well as there was hardly any meat in all three donairs Totally disappointed that a restaurant thinks that it is acceptable to serve or even send out food that way!
Not bad not great, donair is lacking flavor. And what's with the cold meat? Ordered and waited in store, ate in my truck and the meat was literally cold.. whomp whomp won't go back

Been here a few times and every time the poutine is awesome
I had such a great experience at Prime Time Donair thanks to Sydney. She was honestly so sweet and amazing to deal with from start to finish. She helped me out with everything, was super patient, and made the whole experience feel really welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers like that. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her service!
