We ordered online, it was accepted, then canceled, (I think because we didn’t tip them, which we were going to in person, and even if we weren’t that’s still bull) and we were still charged. They wouldn’t fix it and do not care to do so. Honestly just go to any other donair spot, and definitely DO NOT order online !! What an absolute joke of a place . And customer service just SUCKS. PrimeTime Donair & Poutine serves delicious, well-seasoned donairs and flavourful poutine with generous toppings. Friendly staff, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a great spot for a satisfying casual meal. Highly recommended.
