I called ahead to ask if they accepted walk-ins and was told they did. Upon arriving at the shop, I was directed to an older Asian gentleman who would be cutting my hair. I showed him a photo of the style I wanted — a messy French crop look — and specifically asked him to show me how much length he would be taking off.
