I’ve been going to Prime Time Nails for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lê and Viet are always professional, friendly and incredibly accommodating — they genuinely go out of their way to make every visit easy and enjoyable. The salon is consistently clean and well presented, and they’re always up to date with the latest techniques and products. They also have a fantastic range of colours to choose from. An awful experience here. I had a gift voucher which completely I forgot at home. When I went to pay, I realised and asked my husband to take a photo of the voucher and send to me. I showed this to the staff to which they didn’t accept. I said I could go and get the voucher to which they also didn’t accept. I am from out of town so I won’t be back to use the voucher again so it was the only chance I had to use it. Wife went in today to use a birthday voucher and after realising she had accidentally left it at home, proceeded to be stood over and screamed at by the man working there while she waited for me to walk down with it. Absolutely no excuse for that kind of aggressive behaviour - intimidating and completely unnecessary for the situation. Won’t be returning and will be telling others to avoid as well. Spend your money at one of the many other places nearby that treat customers with respect.
There are 2 vietnamesse ladies attending there. I had regular spa manicure with nail polish. Their treat to me in comparison with other customers whose were getting Shellac nails done were completely different. I dont do shellac too often because it damage my nails . Also they charge me $15 dollars extra for shellac removal (from my previous pedicure done in another saloon spa) but the price list only showed as $10 dollars.
