The contract was signed in March 2023 and it Christmas 2023. The project is maybe 1/5 done and Pablo, the owner, stopped picking up my calls and hasn’t been at My home in more than a month. He is horrible project manager and has no customer service.

Haven’t finished our 4 season and it has been two years. I made a mistake to give the money upfront. They are highly unresponsive . Don’t give them money upfront ever. Get work done first. They also damages property and not fixing it. I would be careful hiring them.
I had a great experience with Primetime Contractors. Justin Smith was very responsive and professional when it came to re-building my deck. The quality of work when it was all said and done was top notch as well. I would 10/10 recommend.
The folks at Primetime did an outstanding job on my roof. The initial walkthrough by Justin and his help with the insurance adjustor to determine the damage and claim were extremely helpful. Once the claim was settled, and the roofing materials picked, the work crew were out in a matter of days and replaced the roof in a day and a half, from start to finish. Super pleased with the look and the craftsmanship of the work. The new roof really looks great and is a major upgrade for the appearance of the house. Thanks Primetime.
