I am a soldier deployed overseas. Mr. Bires claimed he could complete some simple repairs to our house. Instead, the day he was supposed to show up for the job he started backing out and then disrespected my wife . He is completely unprofessional. I am upset and disappointed that while I am overseas serving my country, Mr. Bires can't even be relied upon to do the job he said he would do and on top of that thinks he can disrespect my wife. Worst contractor we have ever dealt with.
I contacted Matt Bires, the owner, last week and shared some projects we needed off a list from an appraiser. He said he thought he could do it and he would be by to look at it and asked me to text and email my info and the list. I did. somehow the email list picture didn't go through so I resent it the next day when he told me about it via email and again text.
