They make you make an appointment and they don't even show up for their own appointments, i let after waiting for 20 minutes.
Extremely overpriced 60 dollars a fade
I went three times in one day and the third time I sat there for half an hr while he was in the back room doing nothing the service was a one star beard trim
Made an appointment for a beard service. I was on my way to the appointment and received a text 10 mins til my appointment time that the barber was running an HOUR behind!! I was asked if this was going to be a problem. Yes yes it is. That is the whole reason of making an appointment, to have a saved time slot. I would have gave a 1/4 of a star for wasting my time but can’t.
Don’t know what it is about this town that people don’t want to make a dollar. Paying customer turned away 2 hours before closing all because a couple barbers didn’t feel like it. With customer service like that I don’t know how they keep the doors open and the lights turned on
