They always respond back with a reply that makes us the customers look like liars. They will never admit or explain a problem and offer resolution. They have a mechanic that checks all the cars but they not let us see and have a print out of the discoveries. They hide and bandage problems, and tell us it has been looked over and all is fine. I just bought a 2023 KIA K5 from Primetime , this car is amazing and exactly what I wanted and needed. Neal done a amazing job at getting me financed to be able to have the car had my eyes set on ! This was the most simplest car purchase I have EVER made !!! Thank you so much, Neal and everyone else at Primetime !!! Y'all da best !! Lol
Bought a Chevy Silverdo from them about 8mos ago. I've had problems after problems since getting the truck from Neal. Everytime its something different. You get what you paid for. They just tell you what you want to hear and you might think your getting a great deal, but you will definitely be paying for it later. Spent over $4000 already and now we are having transmission problems.
I bought a car from them and not even a week later started having trouble with it. A transmission overheating slow down sign came on. Called them and nobody called back. Now we are barely moving on the road and they said there is nothing they can do because they have no mechanic
