this place is a rip off me and My Daughter went down put $1500 down and I put a $$6400 trailer as collateral until car was paid off. Had the car one month and the clutch went out he spent $2700 on repairs went down talk to Neil. He said he would defer the payments. He sold my trailer and said he only got $2200 for it. We paid the car off all the way down to $400 left. He took $400 out of the price of the trailer for 2200 and tried to tell me he owes me $1800 left out of a $6400 trailer. Over priced. Same vehicle & miles much cheaper elsewhere.
They always respond back with a reply that makes us the customers look like liars. They will never admit or explain a problem and offer resolution. They have a mechanic that checks all the cars but they not let us see and have a print out of the discoveries. They hide and bandage problems, and tell us it has been looked over and all is fine. They reset the codes and OBD2 on all cars and tell you there is no check engine light. They use every car for their own pleasure before sale and drive them hard. I went through 4 problem... read more
Do not buy vehicles from here. My mom and I have been waiting over 2 months for our titles and my tag for my vehicle and every excuse under the book has come up. Been 2 weeks on an expired tag and finally got answers from the DMV that they haven't submitted paperwork or anything and have a report to prove it. Will be taking legal action as we have all the prove we need for Neal to not do what he says he will. Do not buy from Primetime or Deal 1 Auto!
