Zero stars wasn't an option! 10/30/2019 work was performed to install one antenna, one pre-amplifier and 12 Volt DC transformer with power inserter. Initially antenna performed as expected. I don't know the exact date, but I think it was approximately 12/23/2019 that I wasn't getting very good reception. In fact I wasn't even receiving channel 13 at all.
