Our tankless water heater went out on us after 20 years of usage. And of course it happened about 4:45 PM, on the coldest evening El Paso had a couple weeks ago. Then we saw Primetech Plumbing’s TV commercial which highlighted their experience installing tankless water heaters. I called immediately and spoke with Ivan Piñon, the owner.
