RecommendedI have been a member w/ Prime Source for the last 5 years. Their customer service is amazing. They also have great loan products to fit my needs. Being able to skip a payment during Christmas is also a major bonus that they offer.
Try to develop some compassion!
I’ve been a member here for nearly 20 years. And each year it gets worse. It took them almost a year to put my husband’s name on the account and when they finally managed it, it was the wrong account. They were unable to figure out how to create a business account so I had to use another bank. They send out your credit card during the month it expires each year so that month you can’t use your credit card (it always says card expired). There are numerous other issues as well. Very disappointing.
We keep our money at PrimeSource, we are member owners, they know us by name. You feel like a real person not just a number!
I love my credit union! They have awesome employees! I have been with them since they were Telco.
