GPS may send you to a different location. Use your phone GPS to guide you to the general area and then follow signs. Slightly difficult to locate but it's a big circle so shouldn't get lost. Docks are inside. Pretty easy unless you get any docks after dock 16. It was empty when I arrived so it was simple. Quick unload.

Forklift driver is so rude, will partially unload you then go on break with 2 skids on the truck, 9am appointment got there 830 and they are all standing around talking and smoking without acknowledging you even exist. They only unload at the scheduled time and not a minute sooner. No wonder they are so alow compared to competition. This is after the announcement that the truck is waiting. Ignorant people
Entrance for Prime Source is on the east side of the building door, says 346. The first door is the exit, go a little past, and the entrance will be on the right. You will u turn into the building, and the door opens automatically when you get close. There is only 1 dock door working, so I would check in before pulling the truck in. The forklift operator was very efficient and unloaded me in 20 mins for 21 pallets.
