We had recently moved in and found a leak under the kitchen sink. Bobby came to our home and 'fixed' the issue, charged £85. That same evening, the sink continued to leak. He then came back to fix the issue at a 2nd visit at which point me and my partner had also noticed a leak in our en-suite which needed fixing. Called Bobby at Prime Plumbers as my shower had developed a trickle leak. Bobby attended at short notice and identified the cause of the issue. As I live in a new build, he suggested I contact the manufacturer (Roca) as they usually offer a five year warranty on showers. Sure enough, Roca replaced the part FOC. We had a problem with a broken concealed toilet flush. Bob quickly found a way to deal with this tricky situation and we now have a flushing toilet again, so many thanks!
Very happy after a long time with a dripping tap, and labouring under some erroneous information, which put me off getting it done; I finally found one on Google Search [Bob] who saw no problem, no delay, nothing to stop him getting it done the next day. So all thrilled to be free from my troublesome tap.
