I stopped at two other mechanic shops today and they both could not fix what Primes Auto Service did in 8 mins. I was welcomed by the owner and his badass k9. He literally talked to me and showed me around his shop explaining what does what current projects hes working on and so on. This is a family owned shop that truly treats you like family. I wasn't charged for them helping me and I am forever grateful.
Awesome atmosphere at this shop and excellent customer service. I was having issues with my Mazda3 engine misfiring, and Brandon and his crew provided a reasonable price and quick service. They even offered to wash my car for me. Great people! I highly recommend.
Amazing service! My side mirror was broken, and even though they didn’t have the replacement parts available, the owner and crew still helped temporarily fix it for me for free. They were kind, helpful, and professional. I really appreciate their great service and would definitely recommend this shop!
These men are absolutely the best! This is my second visit and have extremely pleased!
