Just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Prime Autos Staff and the mechanic Johnny!! I had issues with getting the right parts for my brake job and they helped me out tremendously getting the parts I needed and the job done. I recommend great and friendly staff !!
If your in the CLT area and need cosmetic work done on your car primes is the place to go. Roman is Super knowledgeable and awesome service. cant thank them enough for fixing my mistake like it never happened
When I say Damon is the man with the plan, I AM SERIOUS. First of all just a sweet and understanding person. I was in a serious pickle when my car got damaged and this man went above and beyond to make sure I could make this as least of a headache as possible. Rarely do you leave an auto repair shop feeling totally pleased with a job well done! Brandon was so helpful in getting prices together and a wonderful communicator. Primes did above and beyond what I expected!
