A few years post install and I am starting to notice a lot of damaged plaster in multiple areas on the house. I had the original builder of the roof come out and inspect the roof who told me the solar brackets are not installed flush on the roof, there are multiple cracked tiles and the ridge pointing is cracked in some areas, they have stated this is not due to builder workmanship and the damage came post roof install. I went with Primero after being offered the best customer service from any of the providers I contacted for a quote. Ash was transparent and spent a lot of time explaining my many questions, even shuffling around appointment times to suit my schedule. The install was completed to a high standard and they managed to fit extra panels on the north roof face with some clever orientation to maximise the efficiency and output. Highly recommend Primero to provide great customer service and a fantastic neat installation.
Extremely disappointing and unreliable service. The attached photo shows how my roof was left completely damaged after their solar panel installation. Even worse, for over two weeks, they’ve ignored my requests for a proper resolution. Their attitude was unprofessional—they even refused to connect the service unless the full payment was made, despite the poor workmanship. I deeply regret choosing this company. Ash, Andre and the project team lead by Dylan did a fine job overall. Ash won the job for Primero by communicating clearly what the options were and answering my many questions clearly. I ended up with a 15kw Sungrow system with 10kw battery. Dylan and his team installed the system smoothly and cleanly and finished on the day.
