Install was initially good. Cracks started showing up in the roof where conduit went through panels and after sales service was non existent after many years of complaints about rattling panels on the roof. My first 1 star review.

Extremely poor experience with Primero. The solar panel installation was defective and caused water ingress, resulting in damage to our ceilings and flooring. Two independent leak detection specialists (appointed by our insurer) confirmed the installation as the source of the issue in detailed reports. Primero also sent two separate contractors, both of whom agreed the panels were incorrectly installed and must be removed and reinstalled. Primera Electric & Solar were great to deal with. Answered all my questions and there price was competitive. They communicated the delay of the battery installation which although frustrating was really good. On the install day - they were great with the solar and battery and kept me up to date at all times. They finished the job and exceeded my expectations and the clean up was like they were never here. A few years post install and I am starting to notice a lot of damaged plaster in multiple areas on the house. I had the original builder of the roof come out and inspect the roof who told me the solar brackets are not installed flush on the roof, there are multiple cracked tiles and the ridge pointing is cracked in some areas, they have stated this is not due to builder workmanship and the damage came post roof install. I went with Primero after being offered the best customer service from any of the providers I contacted for a quote. Ash was transparent and spent a lot of time explaining my many questions, even shuffling around appointment times to suit my schedule. The install was completed to a high standard and they managed to fit extra panels on the north roof face with some clever orientation to maximise the efficiency and output. Highly recommend Primero to provide great customer service and a fantastic neat installation.
