I met Steve when I was many years out from retirement, but was needing someone to prepare me ahead of time. Steve put me on a path that got me where I wanted to be and has been there for me since. His knowledge of the Financial world is one beyond my capabilities, but his analogies such as " fuel tanks for the speed boat" brings the pairs to my level.
